our family!
About Ron & Julie Ronnie & I have been together for 8 years now; and we are best friends! We have been so many wonderful places & done so many great things together. No matter what obstacles we've come across over the past years together, we've always landed back in each others arms! It's hard to find the one that really completes a person in life, but we believe we are two of the lucky ones that found the "one" we couldn't live without!
About Julie
I grew up in Harrison
Twp., Michigan. I am 28 years old & the daughter of Tony & Margaret Fallone. I have a very cool younger brother Tommy, who is 18 years
old!! I am currently a stay at home mom!
About Ron Ron grew up in Clinton Twp., Michigan. He is 27 years old & the son of Ron & Vivian Gerstner. He has a beautiful sister Kelly (who is living in Boston) who is getting married in Fall of 2007. Ron is currently working for Pecar Home Theatre in Troy, Mi. (Julie's family business) and has hopes of turning it into a successful career. Ron's true passion (other than me) is sports. Football, Lacrosse, Paintball...you name it, he loves it! Favorite pastimes would have to be traveling, playing sports, hanging out with his friends & his new favorite pastime is playing with his little boy!
How We Met Ron and I met several times throughout the years prior to us "hooking" up. We had a mutual friend, Jess VanDerMaas (our best man), that we each spent a lot of time with. Finally over Christmas break of 1997 we were able to spend a lot of time together, we got to know each other very well & a short time later, January 20, 1998 (to be exact) we fell in Love!
Engaged: December 25, 2002 Christmas is a special season for us because it is the season we fell in Love. So...on Christmas morning 2002 (that's right...5 years later) we woke up & prepared for our morning gift opening ritual!! Many gifts later...he handed me my "last" gift. I opened the (to big to be a ring) box to discover a snow baby collectible, (which I collect), but this one was of a bride & groom...while opening it, I couldn't help but notice that Ron was shuffling around in front of me & eventually shimmied up to one knee. (we were sitting on the floor originally!) I knew it was time & my heart was racing!! I looked up at him & he was holding out the ring, he asked me "Will you marry me, Julie?" I screeched, grabbed the ring & burst into tears!!! We hugged for a very long time after, it was perfect. Aren't we cute?
9 months later - we decided to start our family!
